Easy homemade bibimbap for bibimbap lovers!!

Ever wonder on how bibimbap is cooked? For those who are new to Korean food, Bibimbap is a kind of korean mixed rice. Typically, they will have shredded zucchini, carrots, enoki mushroom, korean bean sprouts, spinach, egg and minced beef. By just looking at the ingredients, a lot of people might think that wow, it's a lot of hassle doing that. For Bibimbap lovers, FEAR NOT!! I have some easy ways of making your favourite meals (Quick and easy). All that you need is to buy a bottle of Bibimbap Gochujang (Bibimbap sauce - it comes with beef and vegetarian taste). Here I prepared two versions of Bibimbap for my lunch in the lab. ^_* For those who wishes to slim down healthily, you can follow this recipe as well ;D

Quick and Easy Bibimbap Recipe

Ingredients: Cabbage (Shredded), Carrots (Shredded), Corn, Minced Meat (Replaced this with vegetarian meat), Fresh Mushrooms, Brown Rice/White Rice.

Steps: Wash and put the rice at the bottom of the rice or slow cooker --> Mixed minced meat, corn and mushrooms on top of the rice --> Placed the shredded cabbage and carrots on top of the mixed --> Cover and cook till everything is cooked --> Served and put a lump of Bibimbap Gochujang on top of it --> Mixed all of them together and you are ready to eat!!

If you wish to have heavier aromatic and taste, maybe you could try out by adding a little salt and sesame oil, maybe you can add in some onions too. Enjoy trying ^*^!!
