Quick and Easy Bibimbap Recipe
Ingredients: Cabbage (Shredded), Carrots (Shredded), Corn, Minced Meat (Replaced this with vegetarian meat), Fresh Mushrooms, Brown Rice/White Rice.
Steps: Wash and put the rice at the bottom of the rice or slow cooker --> Mixed minced meat, corn and mushrooms on top of the rice --> Placed the shredded cabbage and carrots on top of the mixed --> Cover and cook till everything is cooked --> Served and put a lump of Bibimbap Gochujang on top of it --> Mixed all of them together and you are ready to eat!!

Vegetarian version
If you wish to have heavier aromatic and taste, maybe you could try out by adding a little salt and sesame oil, maybe you can add in some onions too. Enjoy trying ^*^!!
